STAFF POLICY
Staffing is arranged in the ratio of 1:5 .
We employ one Nursery Manager who is assisted by a deputy, generally one of them will be on hand, although usually both of these highly experienced staff members are on site throughout the day.
Qualified Staff have the lion's share of time in the Nursery but we also employ experienced Nursery Assistants and an Administrator. Mrs Joy McCulloch, the retired Head Teacher of Lady Bankes Infant School, is now our regular weekly Advisor. Part of her task is to monitor the educational provision. She supports/trains staff throughout the ongoing development of meeting your children's needs within the learning programme.
